TCA is committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors and members and want you to understand how your information may be used.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not sell, lease, or rent information, including your e-mail address, we collect from you, unless otherwised stated in our privacy policy.

By accessing or using TCA's website, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, as outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the site. TCA reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Your use of this site will be subject to the current version of the Privacy Policy at the time of such use.

Visitor Information
TCA recognizes and appreciates the importance of responsible use of information collected on this site. For this reason, TCA reserves the option of contacting you from time to time about important issues in which TCA is involved. In each communication you receive from us, you are given the opportunity to opt-out by using an unsubscribe function provided at the end of each message.

Member Information
When you register as a TCA member, we ask for profile information such as your name, address, phone number and date of birth.

We keep track of your activities and interests so we can understand them and evaluate our services. From time to time we may ask for additional information from you. All of this information helps us better serve our members and improve our programs.

Sharing of Member Information
We share your personal information only with companies we have selected to provide official TCA member services. Some of the providers of your member services, including many of those listed on our Member Benefits area, pay a fee for access to our membership list. Our contracts with these companies require them to keep the member information strictly confidential, and allow them to use the information only to offer the member benefits to TCA members.

Additionally we may release personal member information on the rare occasions when we are required to do so by law, or when necessary or appropriate to comply with legal process or to protect or defend TCA and its members. We do not sell or rent member information to telemarketers, mailing list brokers, or any other companies that are not offering TCA Member Benefits.
