About Us

The Catholic Association (TCA) is dedicated to being a faithful Catholic voice in the public square and the public arena. TCA is also pleased to provide valuable membership benefits to our members and their families.

In the Catholic tradition, responsible citizenship is a virtue; participation in the political process is a moral obligation. Every believer is called to faithful citizenship, to become an informed, active, and responsible participant in the political process.

Faithful Citizenship

TCA represents lay Catholics and organizes them into an effective advocacy movement. TCA is responding to the call of the Catholic Church for members of the lay faithful to apply Catholic teaching, wisdom, and principles to the issues of the day.

Partisan politics is what divides many Catholics -- we want to focus on what unites faithful Catholics in order to build a powerful coalition to positively influence our world. TCA engages on issues that are compelling based on the Teaching of the Church and also serve as a uniting issue for faithful Catholics. The reality is that in public life there is strength in numbers and the more citizens unite to speak with one voice the more we are able to accomplish. Together we will be heard.

TCA defends our Catholic values wherever needed - above all the culture of life, marriage and the family. TCA champions the Catholic identity of individuals and institutions under attack because of their faith. TCA also fosters cultural renewal by defending the best in our culture while helping parents to protect their children from the vicious and violent influences they worry about today.

America needs lay Christians able to assume roles of leadership in society. It is urgent to train men and women who, in keeping with their vocation, can influence public life, and direct it to the common good. In political life, understood in its truest and noblest sense as the administration of the common good, they can find the path of their own sanctification.

TCA is also pleased to be able to offer a growing number of attractive benefits to our members, including but not limited to discounts at hotels, rental cars, prescription medication, Catholic specialty stores, and the best deals on travel, books, movies, and much more.

TCA can't do any of this without you. Only through member support are we able to represent you and our shared values in the public arena. Become a member and make sure your voice is heard on the issues that matter most.

Join us and together we will be heard.
